Man killed, suspect arrested in possible road-rage shooting Friday morning in I-40

A witness shared a video with WRAL News of shots fired from one vehicle into another Friday morning on I-40. Ricardo Baez Cardenas, 35, died and authorities charged a Durham man with his death.
