Man charged in 2021 killing of Raleigh delivery driver committed to psychiatric hospital

A man accused of killing a delivery driver in Raleigh in 2021 appeared in court on Friday morning. Stephen Bynem was found not guilty by reason of insanity and involuntarily committed to Central Regional Hospital in Granville County.
