Teen murder suspect arrested after being seen at Raleigh high schools

Syncere Pigford was taken into custody Friday near the intersection of North King Charles Road and Tudor Place. Pigford has an outstanding secure custody order for murder and was seen at multiple Raleigh high schools in recent days.
