NC State student dies after accidental overdose, university spokesman says

Timothy Parker's roommates tell WRAL News that he accidentally overdosed on fentanyl early Friday morning. They say Parker was a junior from Wilmington, and studying in the engineering school. Photo submitted.It marks the 10th N.C. State student death since the start of the 2022-23 school year.
